The latest online Climate Action Community Meeting was held on Earth Day, April 22nd. Titled “Youth Speak Out for Climate Action in Our City,” it was an energizing and informative virtual meeting covering a variety of environmental topics and featuring calls to action from students in the Eco Club at Stratford District Secondary School.

The event was organized by the Eco Club at the invitation of the Energy & Environment Advisory Committee of the City of Stratford who managed the logistics for the virtual meeting hosted on Zoom and also live streamed on Facebook. It was co-sponsored by Climate Momentum.

The students have compiled their calls to action and sources for their presentations into a helpful resource. For more information and news, follow the SDSS Eco Club on Instagram.
